Welcome to 1-Day Bathrooms. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Us
1-Day Bathrooms provides cosmetic bathroom transformation services across London & Essex. Our work includes resealing, polishing, steam cleaning, minor grout repairs, and wall panel installations. We do not provide plumbing, electrical, or structural building services.
2. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking (you will be notified in advance).
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
4. Service Limitations
- Our services are cosmetic. We do not carry out plumbing, electrical, or full renovation work.
- We take every care during our work but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing issues such as leaks, cracks, loose tiles, or plumbing faults.
- Customers are responsible for informing us of any known issues before work begins.
5. Guarantees & Aftercare
- Silicone reseals and finishes are guaranteed against failure caused by poor workmanship.
- Guarantees do not cover natural wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by harsh cleaning products.
- Customers will receive basic aftercare guidance to maximise the life of the service.
6. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from our services.
- Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
